How long will it take to transfer my probation?
I am on probation in TN. I under my own stupidy violated the probation by leaving the state. My grandfather was sick and I didn't think to get a pass and just left. Im going to turn myself in next Friday my fiancé is bringing me back. If I get put back on probation what are my chances of being able to transfer it to FL? I have a career there, along with a 3 year old son and a fiancé. I have stayed out of trouble the whole time. How long would it take to transfer the probation and is there a pass that while it is processing I can still go to fl to maintain my job?

First, you have to assume, they will put you back on probation, and that is a "if"

But, it will take from 30 to 60 days normally.

You have to apply in writing, The state you are leaving, has to review and OK it.
But then, the state you are moving to, has to review and approve.

Since you just violated, and it was a fresh violation, the receiving state may or may not accept you
