I am on an L1a visa for the past two years heading a very small nonprofit. We have no one else hired at this point but myself, although I had planned to do so. I hope to have someone by January. A small office here in the US is sufficient for us, as our main outlet of projects is in Central Asia.

How could I and my family legitimately seek to apply for a Green Card?
