Hi, I did a home pregnancy test 4weeks ago, and it was positive but faint, I'm diabetic and put on metformin, so I continued taking de metformin,a week after I started spotting with slight cramps, then it became severe with big clots and bleeding for 4days, I felt it was a natural miscarriage,so I didn't see de doctor, I stopped taking the metformin, I started taking de metformin 2days ago and I started spotting and feel the pregnancy symptoms, I haven't had sex after the miscarriage, could I still be pregnant?

Most what some people mistakenly think are pregnancy symptom's really aren't. Fact is most of them aren't even unique to women much less somen capable of getting pregnant. Meaning children, men and the elderly of both genders can and do experience most of them.

I'd recommend taking another test. Right after you wake up... the first time you pee that morning. And read the test ONLY within the time window specified. Or you can go to a doctor and have them do a blood test.

Since a possible pregnancy is uncertain, and several weeks have passed, it would be wise to see your doctor for confirmation one way or the other.
