If someone drank 4 shots of whiskey on Thurs and Friday, and 5 shots of Vodka on Sat and Sun, and stopped at 5pm Sunday would they pass a ETG test on Thursday at 6pm?

Lets just hope they get popped with a test with a 24 hour notice to show the next time they violate the rules they are subject to. So they get caught. Maybe then they will take their obligations seriously.
