My kids live with my famliy in ca and work on the road ad we had ask her to take care of my kids and we send money when she ask for it she get food stamp now she is tell the court that I use drugs and a have a pimp and that I have not seen my kids in months I'm looking for a place where my new job is so my kids can come home what can I do in this matter

First you could try some punctuation. Where do you live? What is the issue? Are you planning to go to CA and live?

You should get your kids now barring any court orders and take care of business. If you require food stamps because you dont make enough then apply for them. Get a place everyone can live in and that way it looks better if court tries to take action. If the California system gets ahold of you for court ordered support your almost never going to recover.
