To me they don't look like nothing but I just lost my virginity last Saturday I don't know too much about this, so they look like if your black when you have acne on your face and you pop it it turns black on you that's what it looks like to me , it's never bleeding doesn't look like it itches him , or bothers him at all I don't think he burns when he pees , they are right under the tip like a inch under they're not red or anything , I felt it and it felt like they needed lotion . They don't look bad they're right beside each other . I searched everything up nothing matches it , could this be acne do males get acne down there ? A zit ? Is it serious ? Someone help because he wants to do it again this Saturday lol and I don't want to catch anything or be rude and be like what's up with that on your penis

LOL...you expect us to be able to diagnose this online? It could be anything from pimples to an STD. Good thing you lost your virginity to him without being careful about anything. I guess you better hope that it doesn't turn out to be something serious. So are you using condoms? Probably not, right?

Sounds like, you need to go with him. To health department and get tested for STD.
It may just be a mole or pimple of some type. But without testing you can not be sure.

Also, I would take it, no condom. So talk to them about family planning also
