The Accord A/C stopped working completely. Bought the condenser module and plugged in the new part. It worked for two minutes and quite completely again. Please advise.

See if the fan works on high, since the resistor should only affect lower speeds. Be sure to check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter. With the engine on, AC set to max, and the hood open, verify that the return lines are cool. If not, see if the compressor clutch is engaging.
