Me and my girlfriend had sex on August 7th and we used condomn. She got her period on 23rd.but has headache after that,is she pregnant. Her date lasted from 23rd to 28th.

Seriously now, there is no way we would know whether or not she is pregnant. Chances are low since she had a period, but she will need to wait to see if her next period comes as expected in September.

If she had her period, most likely, she is not pregnant. If she is late on her period, have her do a test about 2 week late.

While headaches are quite common in early pregnancy due to the fast rise in hormone levels and increased blood volume, this would be beyond the duration or frequency of a normal, occasional headache. A headache in itself would not be considered a sign of pregnancy.

If she had a actual period, she wouldn't be pregnant.

If you want to lessen the chance of an unplanned pregnancy, she should also use a form of birth control. It won't eliminate the chance however.
