    Tubes gurgle while washer is running and water backs up in tube when washer empties. I have used drain cleaner in tubes

    this tells me that you have a partial blockage downstream from the tub. This can be addressed by snaking from the lavatory roof vent. Put out enough cable to reach the base and 15 feet more. Good luck, Tom
