    How can you levy pension checks?
    I have someone who owes me over 100,000.00 dollars and is hiding all his assets, can I levy his pension or retirement checks. this man owes me more then 800,000.00 and I have had to settle on the lower end because of financial reason. Can you help!

    Depends on whether it is a private pension or not, If it is, you need to know the company or administrator issuing the checks. Then get a judgment. Once you uhave the judgment you can ask the court to issue a writ of execution against his pension.

    Depending on the state or country you are in, pension benefits may be exempt from execution anyway.
