My Grandmother left me her home in her Living Trust after I gave her money to repair her home and for living expenses. She had 4 children, but they never helped her in anyway. How does the Portuguese inheritance laws handle this?

Was this living trust executed in the United States? If Portuguese laws work anything like the laws in the US do, it's not a matter of inheritance but instead a matter of trust law. In any event, you are probably going to have to contact a Portuguese attorney for advice on how to complete the transaction.
