I got my upper ear pierced about 6 weeks ago and I took it out an there was a lump on the back off my ear I need answers please ?????????????????

Sounds like a cartilage scar, which is common.

One of the methods to reduce it, is to use use sea salt in water, and clean and hold it on the bump several times a day. It will or should reduce in size over time.
