Hello,he My husband is installing a shower. He is trying to pour self leveling concrete to level the floor. The floor has a wood and concrete. How can he level the floor, so that it doesn't crack at the seam, and adhere to both the wood and concrete. Thank you

Hmmm... a bit confused by the question here? If your husband is installing a shower then there should not be a need to level the floor, per say. Here, if your husband is installing a fiberglass or an acrylic shower base then he will probably want to pour a BEDDING SUBSTRATE (mortar, structolite, plaster, etc.) and then set and level the shower base for best result. If he is setting a stone shower base or building a custom shower base then there are special requirements for that, but even these do not necessarily need a levelled floor... ;)

Please tell us the kind of shower base he is installing and then reference the manufacturer's instructions to see exactly how or what they want you to use to level/install the base, OK?

My husband is installing marble, and using goof poof shower stalling incline system, so the drain is the lowest point in the shower. He was leveling it so the inclines would properly flow to the drain.
