I have a permanent injunction against neighbor in the apartment next to me. She continues to get drunk, slamming things around, primal screams, swearing and loud.
Cops have been called they put she was intoxicated in the report but do nothing.
What is the next step in stopping her in the state of NM?

You can move. Unless she is physically hurting someone she has a right to get drunk in her own home. Have you complained to the landlord?

Taking those police reports to the landlord would be the next step.

What, specifically, does the injunction enjoin her from doing. If her continuing conduct violates the injunction, obviously you move that she be required to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of court.
