My boyfriend pulled the chains on our ceiling fan to turn it off, and now when we try to use the remote to turn it back on it doesn't work. Neither the fan, or the light. They don't turn on when we pull the chains now either. The wall switch is in the "on" position. The dip switches are all in the same position in the remote and the thing in the fan. The battery is fine. We checked the breaker and it's fine. Any thoughts on how to fix this?
