    Compounding A Felony
Know what the definition is. But is an attorney absolved if he personally negotiate
    A reward not to prosecute

Are you asking if an attorney can avoid prosecution for compounding a felony if he or she negotiates a plea bargain? Is the bargain negotiated on behalf of the attorney's client or on behalf of the attorney? The answer would be no for the attorney, yes for the client (if that's what the bargain is).

And what do you mean by "reward not to prosecute"? The phrase makes no sense. Do you mean agreement not to prosecute?

As an example an embezzler using his attorney
To avoid prosecution, by offering partial funds
To his victim. Even thought a crime has been committed
Is the embezzler immune from the crime.

All sorts of hypthetical situations are possible. Is there a real case?

The example you pose doesn't make very much sense. Why would a prosecutor and the judge accept a deal such as that? If convicted, the embezzler can be ordered to make complete restitution.

All this depends on what you are talking about. I can guess what you mean, but it can mean so many things.

Please explain what you are talking about.

An attorney can not do anything illegal. ( and most will not)
