Hi I had engaged 3 month before.. But I got to know that I am not happy with that girl and I don’t want to get marriage with her.. there is lot of disputs from her as well as her family but her family pressurizing me to get the marriage with her and therating me to go to log a case againt me and they will punished me in future.
Please suggest what I need to do.. Is there any law or the way to find out the solution to stay back from them?

India, I kind of knew it, when I read your post! Lol. I think you can do it. Because, law recognize marriage, not the engagement so, if you don't want to, you have rights to say NO. But let me tell you its not easy. They cannot threaten you. Go to the police. You can file a report against them, that they are threatening you. Or just ask some legal advice with some lawyer.

Unless there were promises made, that they may seek civil issues.
But if you both do not agree, just call it off.
