I am pregnant from last 6 week and I am feeling so much temperature from last 1 month.Every night my body temp increases and in a day it decreses.

Kindly suggest me

Temperatures naturally increase at night and decrease during the day. Without knowing what your exact temperatures are we can't help you.

My gynecologist say that it is due to pregnancy and she has not given me any medicine.
My body temp is around 101 Degree F in night and in days around 97 Degree F.

How to take care of this temp?

Clothing, Air conditioning, baths/showers.

You can only regulate so that you're comfortable. If you're not fighting an infection or have a fever for another reason than there is no real reason to worry, just be comfortable.
