I am supposed to be 8 weeks pregnant, but I have been having bad cramps, bleeding with small clots , lower back pain, headaches, and nausea to the point where I don't want to eat. Ive only vomited two times. All this has been happening daily for the past 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. Am I having a miscarriage?

I have not. Ive never been pregnant before and I cannot afford to see a doctor and I don't have
Health insurance. I was told if I were my body would naturally take care of itself.

Where are you located? In the US? If so, you can look into Medicaid for maternity care, or visit the health department. Many doctors or midwives will also have a sliding scale for fees, or allow payments.

You need to see a doctor or midwife anyway to care for you through pregnancy. Now would be the time to get seen.

I think I will just go to emergency room. I now have a fever as well.
