Non US. citizen who visited Florida on vacation charged with grand theft.
A non US citizen living in the Caribbean who visited Florida on vacation was arrested for shoplifting was charged with Grand Theft because store security claimed items was over $300.00. Was fingerprinted and fortunately was granted bond and was released. Did not receive notice for court date in the mail until both notices were expired. Nine years past and outstanding warrant issued, flagged in homeland security, if travel to USA will be arrested. How can they resolve this matter if they want and what will be repercussions?
