The question is turned on you now: why are you harping on this again and again, after we answered it? You aren't her friend any more, we get it! You don't like how she treats the native American community. So get her into as much trouble as makes you feel better. In about a year and a half, you will get a letter from HIPAA. The dental office could have it's license yanked, if you go through enough forms and proofs (the pictures you took aren't proof).
If shutting the place down is reward enough for you, go for it.
I have a feeling you just hate her guts for personal reasons.

Waiting a few days and then asking the same question again will not get you any different answers. Your other thread had some straight forward answers, so why do you need to ask again?
