I wanted to know if I may have a head tumor... I feel sick at my stomach a lot and I get dizzy and I have headaches every day,I have to have an MRI done this week and I'm worried please help!!

Why do you believe this, It is not a common illness. Why are you having a MRI.

From what you described, there are 100s and 100's of possible illness beyond this.

Your MRI will tell, you have no control over the outcome. Best wishes it isn't a tumor or at least a non malignant one.
