Is that extra hole your anus?

Have you had a visit to a gynaecologist? I would put that as your first step. Make sure that you're perfectly normal down there. I honestly haven't heard of someone having an extra opening down there.

It might take a perfectly fertile couple many months to conceive. I am not sure why, if you and your husband have been having sex, you haven't conceived at this point. I would have you both checked out at this point. Make sure you're both able to have children. The bottom line is you both need to see doctors to make sure that everything is okay and that neither of your are infertile.

First step at this point, both man and women get a full exam and make sure, there either does not have a problem. A man may have low sperm count and other factors.

Next are you tracking ovulation, not with online charts but medically. Your doctor can help with that also.

Then less or no sex during less fertile times, and time sex for that 2 or 3 days prior to ovulation.

The first question is what have you done to check why you haven't become pregnant. It can take some couples years to get pregnant. But if nothing happens after 6 months of unprotected sex, then it is time to see your OB/Gyn to discuss it. After 5 years you should have gone to fertility specialists to have both you and your husband tested long ago.
