I'm a 21 year old girl who's engaged.. I always do istikhara, sometimes by duaa and other times by prayers. Last night I don't know if it's a sign or not, I dreamt that I went to the doctor with my mother and the doctor informed me that I am pregnant.. everyone around me was happy and I was too however I felt like I don't want to keep it.. what does this mean?
