Im 40 years old and have a problem since I was 30, after my period ends I have sppoting with cramp and pain in my ovarians and also my period starts by spotting and increase in day4th with clot. Please help me . My blood test in FSH is 11.7 and in LH is 3.6

So... what has your gynecologist told you the last 10 years? As in what do they think. You have gone to one or more I hope in that time.

Hi I visited many OBGYNs.they eachtime gave me OCP(DYAn, yaz,yasmin, dezoseptive... ) or conjucated estrogen and medroxy prtogestron and last time dophaston...
I never been remady completely but only by conjugated 0.625 my spotting after period was better but still have cramp and bleeding with clot in day 4th of my cycle instead of day 1 or 2... and it finishes suddenly.
I have MRI and sonography of my abdomen several time nothing abnormal was diagnosed.
Please tell me what to do
May I take VITAX (herbal drug) for test or its dangrouse.
