    2 months, no period
My period hasn't come in just over 2 months. I have taken 3 pregnancy tests, including first response, all have been negative. I originally linked my lack of a period to stress. However there have been no significant changes in my day to day, nor really any minor ones. I have everything I need and currently want. So I'm really not any more stressed than usual, and my usual stress has never stopped my period before. I generally tend to be irregular, but always by only a few days. I'm kind of concerned and would go to a women's health centre, but I live in a very small town that doesn't have one and really no way of getting to the city right now. I know I'm not pregnant not only from the negative tests but also for a lack of any signs of pregnancy. I also don't believe that I am going through an early menopause as I am only 19 years old. I am hoping that someone on here might know what else might cause this, any advice is greatly appreciated.

Yes, go to your family doctor and get a blood test done for pregnancy.

It does not matter whether you have signs or not of pregnancy. The blood test will say eighter way.

Get a complete physical done by your physician.
