I'm from Missouri n I would like to know how to marry my boyfriend while he's in jail... please help me

Why is he in jail? Is this jail or prison? Did you know him prior to his incarceration?

We have known each other for ten years n been together for three... I am also pregnant with his baby... he is in jail for a probation violation
