What causes the sharp pain in my left heel when I urinate or defecate?
I get a sharp pain in the bottom of my left heel when I urinate or defecate. It has been happening for several months. I've noticed other people have reported similar pain. I can make the pain go away if I turn my left foot to the wall and place the ball of the foot on the wall about four inches above the floor and then stretch the calf muscle and the bottom of my foot by straightening my knee joint. I have been spending a lot of time on the computer with my feet propped on the desk, ankles crossed and with a cat on my lap. Could I have damaged a nerve, and could this account for the pain? I am otherwise a healthy person.

There are many reasons, so, after several months, how many times have you went to the doctor?

Sorry, that is what you have to do.

They will test and see the issue
