    Is dizziness common after abscessed tooth removal? had infection and severe swelling prior to removal.

    Some people may have dizziness after having a tooth extracted.

    Was it treated before removal? The infection can cause this also.

    It needs to be reported to your doctor

    Yes dizziness is very common after removal of tooth. Removal of tooth directly impact your brain. You are in need to check the blood count, go to a doctor and make it done.
