I have blood in my urine what could this be?

Now really, you haven't even told us whether you are male or female. We can't ask questions all day. PLEASE go to a clinic. There are far too many possible reasons.

I am a 41 year old female ,and it only hurts when I pee and I feel like I have to pee very often.

I would have that checked immediately by a health care professional. It could be many urgent things happening.

Everyone has blood in their urine, in microscopic amounts because that is what kidneys do, they filter our blood to make it pure for recirculation.

If you ACTUALLY see blood in your urine that is cause for concern and signifies there is something wrong with your urinary tract that has gone on far to long.

Please your doctor immediately. This will not go away on its own.
