I have a photosmart printer. I can not copy photographs. Ink is good. Procedure... scan, reprint photo and that does not seem to work. Help!

Is there a specific error you are getting ? That might help narrowing down to your problem .

Also listing your specific model would help. Premium is not an HP model.
