Hi, Each time I flush my low-flow one piece toilet it fills in a very odd manner. The water can be heard going off and on as it is filling... it will go off and on at least six times. It does fill completely and does not appear to be leaking. This mechanism does not have a float ball. I tried turning the water source knob both right and left and it had no effect. The toilet is about two years old and started doing this about three months ago for no apparent reason. Can anyone provide guidance?
