    What makes your palms itch?
I have continual itching on my palms and between my fingers. No redness, rash or bumps. The only recent changes in my life are: Flonase for allergies, Lactaid Milk and Monk Fruit instead of Splenda.

    Thank you.

Try staying away fromt eh Monk fruit for a week or two and see if it stops... then go back for a week if it does stop and see if it starts again, it might be something with that which you might be mildly alergic to.

IT all depends on what secondary symptoms you have. A quick Google of the condition led to a long list of possible conditions, from carpal tunnel, to food allergies, to lupus, and eczema, though most had a secondary symptom that could differentiate one from the other. Considering this I would first test out if it is a food allergy and eliminate, one by one, the recent changes in your diet. It could be that you've got a topical allergy to one of those and you're only seeing on your palms. As well you should book an appointment with your doctor, he'll be able to diagnose or point you in the direction of someone who can.
