    How to subpeona security camera video in a criminal case
    I need to subpeona the security camera footage from a local store for a criminal case.

    Please advise how this done

    Is it already in evidence for the prosecutor? If so, you do it, though discovery of evidence.

    You will do a subpeona and have it signed by the judge, to be served on the business.

    As this is a criminal case, your attorney should be doing this.

    Subpoenas don't normally have to be signed by judges, but otherwise correct.
