    Blood test
I had a blood work up in June my white blood cell count was 11.2. I had another last night and now it is 12.52. I have been on antibiotics for sometime now due to Lymph nodes being inflammed. Now they say my spleen is enlarged as well. What is dangerously high when it comes to white blood cell count?

    Do you know the units?

There really isn't a dangerously high number for a WBC. It is a reflection of the current state of a immune response in your body. The higher the number the bigger the infection is. Given what you've posted it sounds like the numbers correspond to what is going on in your body.
