Im pregnant about 4-5 weeks. My breasts were sore at the beginning but now are not as sore. Should I be concerned?

No, nothing to be concerned about. This is a symptom that comes and goes. You may not have sore breasts for the rest of your pregnancy, or it may come back the last month or so.
