I have an old 2004 theft under 500. I had a fine for 438.00 I was suppose to pay. I was violated because I was unable to finish my community service. Can I pay my fine when I go to court and not have to do jail time?

It is doubtful, but honestly I am surprised you are not in jail, waiting for the new court date.

I would expect an additional fine, additional community service and perhaps at least a few days in jail. ( but that is just a guess)

So since 2004, 10 years ago, you haven't paid the fine or finished community service? Let me be blunt, why not in 10 years?
