On the month of July I got my period 3 days late and it was a very light red color with discharge.. this month I was supposed to get it on The 7th and I haven't gotten it.. I've been feeling sick and my nipples changed color.. yesterday night I needed to pee and when I wiped myself there was a little blood but In a light color. . So I put a pad on but I only bleed when I wipe myself and there's nothing on the pad.. also I usually always work out and now whenever I do pushups or sit ups my lower belly starts to hurt. Is it possible that I'm pregnant?

Nowhere in all of that did I see that you took a HPT, or had a doctor take one.

And incidentally... all post puberty females undergo visible changes to their boobs over the course of a monthly cycle. (exceptions to that rule would be women with no or non functioning ovaries or post menopausal women.)

Try a pregnancy test, making sure to follow the directions carefully, or see your doctor for a test there.
