Need to keep pulling I guess... won't release or come up...

Well I guess that depend on what kind of spout you are talking about. If it is a kitchen faucet with pull spout it's one thing. If it is your bath tub spout its another. If it is an elephant's spout you are in the wrong place.

There are some pretty knowledgeable plumbers here on the plumbing page but they are not clairvoyant. Well, maybe Mark is. But for the rest of us, if you have a problem and want help you are going to have to key it in and tell us what it is.
