Last month I just had a miscarriage and it was my first baby. Had D & C and I also have my first period 2 weeks later. This month we decided to try for a baby straight away after my period ended on 9th August. Having intercourse every other day 11th,13th,16th. After the last time intercourse I had a light bleeding and pain on the left lower abdomen just below my belly button. Not a severe pain, it's like a sharp pain that come and goes. I'm so worried. I don't know when I ovulate but I had a temperature dip yesterday and today.. We don't use any lube. Taking Evening Primrose Oil Apple Cider Vinegar, we want to conceive naturally. Is this normal to have an intercourse and bleed two days later? I'm worried.

Of course the vinegar while perhaps good for your over all health, has nothing really to do with conception.

Also, while some women ovulate at various times, it is less likely to ovulate directly after your period..

You need, if you wish to conceive, actually track your ovulation. ( nothing un-natural about that) and time sexual intercourse for the time, a few days prior to ovulation.
