Visiting rights from court for second time.
My partner ran off with my two very young sons over 6 months ago. We have been to court twice and arranged visiting rights but my partner is using every trick in the book to not allow me to see them. No one seems to care that she is breaking the law let alone making it emotional for me and my two sons. It all seems to be centered around what she wants and not what is best for my sons.

First, do you have an attorney? Second, have you asked the court to cite her for contempt for not adhering to the court ordered visitation?

Its hard to help you when you don't tell us your general locale (laws vary by area), what the court ordered, what happened when you tried to follow the court order, what happened when she failed to comply, how old are the children and anything else pertinent to this issue.

Without more details all we can tell you is to keep after the court to find her in contempt and either put her in jail or fine her.
