If I drank aprx 15 shots on Tuesday evening ending about 11pm will I test positive for EtG on Thursday at 4pm?

Probibly going to fail it... you might hear something as early as today (or a few more days) since you had the test yesterday... What happens when you fail?

The odds are against you.

At less than 48 hours and 15 shots, I would say your chances are 50/50 at best. It all depends on how your body processes ETG. Some people have passed in that time frame, but some have failed also.

I would be really surprised if you do not test positive that soon after last consumption in that quantity. However, I have read that some regularly heavy drinkers can eliminate ETG even faster than "moderate" drinkers. 41 hours is a very short time in the world of ETG testing, but as they have all said, you never know... stranger things have happened...
