Oflacin and tamsulosin tablet during pregnancy
    Dear Dr.

I am trying for baby. For last two weeks I have been suffering from urine infection. Doctor gave me oflacin tablet and tamsulosin tablet, I took two oflacin and one tamsulosin, that time I was trying for baby, and then got to know these medicines are harmful for pregnancy. Now I asked doctor and he changed it to Cef-3. After few days I will get to know if I am pregnant. Is taking 2 oflacin and tamsulosin going to harm my baby? Do I have to terminate the baby if I conceive?

    No termination required.

At the time you were taking it, if you conceived, the embryo would have had NO contact with you or your blood steam. The drugs would have been out of your system before the embryo would have implanted so chances are the drugs would have had no effect IF you conceived.
