. Check all under hood and under dash fuses with a test light or multi-meter.
. Check for codes.
I did check all fuses and when I was doing this I noticed that the radio was not working and I believe the dash cluster light was also out. Also heard that the ignition fuse under hood should have both terminals with power when trying to start is this true? Only has power to one side of fuse terminals
When you test a fuse with a test light or multi-meter, there should be power to both test points on the top of the fuse; otherwise, the fuse is bad.
