I'm 12 and a lot of my friends have girlfriends. There are a few girls I like.
One is a year older than me but we have know each other for 5 years and kissed once. Also we both like the same things
Another is nice too and we have know each other for 4 years and we both play the same things like minecraft and the sims
Another one I really like and we have know each other for 3 years. We don't talk much but she knows I like her and on the last day of elementary school she signed my yearbook and put a heart next to my name and went to talk to me later. I can't text her because I was too shy to ask her her kik username

I really want a girlfriend to talk to, play together, and do stuff. My best chance is the first one cause she always comes over with her brother and my best friend

Sounds like you have friends to talk to and play together. Why do they have to be "girl Friends"?
You're 12 You're shy about all of this because you are too young. Just be friends and you'll get more comfortable about asking for names and things as you get older.

I agree with HG, you already have a bunch of girl friends to have fun with, so keep having fun. Things like this sort of work out naturally if you don't try to be like everybody else. Just be yourself, and keep doing what you're doing.

Not all of my friends are good. My friend Adam keeps insulting me at least every time I call him on skype and talk to him My friend Raymond is just crazy My friend Damian I want to talk to but my mom and his mom aren't friends so I don't know how to get in contact with him. I tell my mom to text his mom and ask but she doesn't answer. I'm not popular so I don't have that many friends. I just want somebody I can play with and will be there when I need help. Nobody cared when I was in a car crash. Only my friend George and shuhen.

I thought we were talking about girl friends. What you want are friends. No one is going to be there for you all of the time.

What are you an only child or something? You should be glad to have a few good friends that care. How about kids in your neighborhood? Are you house bond or something?

Be a kid for a while, it only happens once. There is plenty of time to mess your head up over girls when you get older. At age 12, you don't need a girlfriend to complicate your life. BE A KID!

Have fun until you pick one. Courage will come when you are ready. Relax and keep doing what your doing. You sound more bored than anything and sunshine and sport in the summer is a great way to spend your time between texting, and games.

Shy will fade when you become comfortable with people.

OK that was helpful and I'm fine with 2 of them. I will hang out with them and maybe in a few months then I will ask them.

You are young and so are they. You don't get a girlfriend because everyone else has one. Have a bunch of friends. When you are older all of these will happen naturally.
