If you had sex 5 hours ago... you aren't pregnant yet, that might take up to a couple days before conception. You MIGHT or you might not get pregnant. But you certainly aren't going to know this soon, it will be about a month before your next period is due and another two weeks past that if you are late for that before you can even test for it.

ANY time there is penile insertion there is the risk of pregnancy. So yes, you could get pregnant from that encounter. Its not likely, but possible.
