I'm 36 weeks and 4 days pregnant, my blood pressure is anywhere from 140 to 155 top number, bottom number anywhere from 80 to 100. I've did 3 twenty-four hour urine test and the first one was 500, the second one was 510 and the third one was 560, does this mean I have preeclampsia?

What does your OBGYN say? Have you discussed this with him/her? If not, you really should. He/she knows your medical history, and pregnancy, better than anyone online. Online you'll get guesses, not facts, there are no doctors on this site. I'd want facts, so I'd go to the person that can give them to me, my doctor.
