I 'm havng a problem starting up the weed eater (poulan lt 7000), the gas mixture is ok, i see the three screws, one marked t, the next one is marked l, and one marked h.

l is low speed carb mixture adjust, h is high speed mixture adjust, t is throttle speed adjust at idle.
