My ac will not come on. All fuses are good. Replaced blower, and still not blowing. It used to not work when tilted steering wheel down. Tilted back up and it would work fine, now it doesn't come on at all.

You have wiring issues, I'm guessing you have a lot of controls on the steering wheel?

Try setting the fan on high. If it works, the resistor, which controls low speeds, may be bad.
