Talk to him. You never know he could like you back. But you never know till you try

Most likely you have never told him how you felt.

Make a move and tell him how you feel.

Move up from just waving. Next time ask him how his work is going, mention something about anything new in the neighborhood, make a comment about something in his garden, find something to comment on or ask him about to strike up some conversation.

You could always mention that you are planning to see a new movie coming out and ask if he'd be interested in seeing it too. If he is interested in you, he'll find the time to see a movie with you.

You never know, he might be thinking the same way about you, but you may have to make the next move to find out. Good luck!

Contrary to popular opinion... Guys were not born telepathic. In fact many are not good at taking hints even when they are obvious... and if you'v never even been obvious how are we supposed to know what you are thinking.

So tell him, but be prepared if he isn't interested in anything beyond being a friend. But how will you find out if you don't put it out there.
